The Stikine Inn is also home to various retail and service businesses. Two of the rentals have access from the lobby area, Alaska Waters Gift Shop, located in the Stikine Inn Lobby, offers jet boat charters and various local native craftwork items are on display.

The Parlor, opening May 2008, will offer a full service salon inluding Colors, Foils, Cuts, Pedicure, Manicure, Facial, Massage, Tanning and a full Salon Quality Product Selection.

Also Opening in Late May 2008 is our newly constructed Espresso Bar and Smoke Free Lounge.  Offering free wireless internet, The Stik will be open for Espresso Service only from 6 am to noon, and from noon to 9pm will offer a full range of cocktails including a great wine and beer selection in a calm atmosphere with million dollar views and warm ambiance.  The Stik will also display local artwork, available for purchase at the Stikine Inn front desk.

Our other two commercial rentals, Simply Sterling and A. Bliss Design are open when a tour boat or cruise ship docks, or upon request. Both have outside entrances at the end of the building, allowing direct access by visitors on any of the ships that come to town, as well as convenient access from downtown. Simply Sterling is a locally-owned jewelry shop specializing in silver jewelry and custom design. A. Bliss Design is an apparel and custom screen-printing business, specializing in Alaskan- and Southeast Alaskan-designed apparel, and unique, locally-produced prints.
