Welcome to our in-hotel seasonal restaurant, lovingly referred to by the locals as “The Stik.” The Stikine Restaurant boasts an assortment of full service dining options, fine tuned to the pallets of the well traveled guest over the seasons past. From burgers famous throughout SE Alaska, hand cut per order steaks and slow cooked prime rib, to the best fish and chips you’ve ever had made with halibut sourced from local fisherman and fried in an Alaskan Brewery’s Draft beer batter. To compliment our lunch and dinner menu, we have had our resident mixologist develop a top notch cocktail menu and wine list to enjoy on our Waterfront Patio and if the weather isn’t cooperating, our cozy lounge.
We also house the best espresso in town, a special blend developed by our head chef using SE Alaska roasted coffee beans to make sure you get that full frontal caffeine boost while not losing the body or coffee taste in the process. |
